When looking at any solution to a problem, you need to know what that problem is, and where it manifests itself the most. That's where a signal survey by one of our engineers comes in.
Radiowaves are invisible. If you could paint them into colours the whole world would be a brown soup, there's that many of them. A signal survey will help give a graphical representation of the signals, their strength and their quality, at any given location, without interference or preference to any provider.
We use state of the art, network independent, scanning tools to measure the signal of any mobile phone provider. The result contains a LOT of techy data that doesn't really mean a great deal to most people. Luckily there's a handy bar chart at the end of each measurement that shows, simply, whether a signal is any good, or not.

The network operators all have different frequencies (bands) with different capabilities, and it's common to have more than one band from each operator. Seeing which bands are available will help determine which ones to boost for better customer and guest experience.
